Tailem Bend District Hospital has 10 aged care beds funded by the Commonwealth Government in conjunction with Hills Mallee Southern Aged Care Facility.

The Philosophy of this Residential Care Service is to provide high quality care to the individual whilst at the same time, recognising a responsibility to be involved in the total health care of the community and recognise that the aged and disabled have the same basic need as other citizens.
